Cumin is prevalent in so many cultural dishes around the globe, so what is this plant, what is the power of cumin?
Research has shown that Cumin does promote good digestion and with that helps prevent food-born illnesses. But did you know that Cumin is high in iron, so much so that even in small quantities it is a good source of iron, few foods are as high in iron as Cumin. Cumin is also high in antioxidants, which are key in fighting damage done by free radicals.
